PLANT MEDITATIONS with Brooke Duling

Come learn about our local medicinal plants in the way that people have learned about them for centuries:  Through tasting and listening.  Each meditation a hand-made tincture from Oregon plants will be tried and then meditated on for 30-45 minutes.  Each meditation will be followed by a discussion of experiences and the medicinal properties of the plant.  This is designed for beginners.

Meetings are $5 per visit.

Brooke has completed Herbalist training courses at Elderberry School of Botanical Medicine and School of Forest Medicine.
